Background
Rachel joined KW Commercial after 23 years with Kidder Mathews in Tacoma. Although she has specialized in retail sales and leasing over her career, she also has a strong record in the sale of all types of commercial property. With a transaction volume of over $30 million over the last year, she continues to provide exemplary service to her clients, which include sellers, buyers, tenants, and landlords. Rachel strives to provide high quality to her clients with a personal touch, which has resulted in client relationships spanning nearly two decades with clients such as BECU, Go Wireless, and Galaxy Theatres, as well as clients such as Heritage Bank, Ernst Trust, MJR Properties, Bianco Properties, Mallory Paints and a long list of private property owners and buyers.
